This company failed to disclose all of its hidden charges and fees.

I was in the middle of moving when they issued me a card and mailed it to my old address ... PRE-ACTIVATED, i.e.: ready to use, no verification required.

Someone (I presume the occupant of my old apartment) charged $35 or so worth of charges (all internet charges but one) to the card.

I have done all they've asked, including writing numerous letters disaowing the 'purchases.' They never registered the fraud claim, and now say the account is charged-off, and that I owe them about $350 for the card I never used, and didn't actually receive until a month after the charges were made (they mailed me one to my new address).

As soon as I got the first bill which a) continued to reflect the disputed charges and b) contained a $6 per month fee for having the card, I called them to cancel.

So, my credit report is still adversely affected, all Experian has done is 'confirm the account belongs to' me, and my report regarding this account officially reads: a) Charge-off ; b)Closed at Consumer's Request.

Rude 'customer service' agents, non-existent supervisors and managers, zero follow-up/follow-through, poor record keepers (they have no notations of any of my correspondence, including phone calls for which I have kept logs).
