Royal Merchandising Mel Stringer ripoff Long Branch New Jersey
I ordered 48 new designer sweaters paid in advance i was told the sweaters would be Tommy Hilfiger, Phat Farm and a mix of all the well known wear instead I recived A box of old worn no named sweaters.
I called and talked to Mel he stated he was sorry that some new person messed up. Said he would send UPS to pick up the order, UPS never showed up so I had to come out of my pocket with an addition $28 to pay for ups i he already had $337 of my noney.
I should have checked out the company but i didnt, I placed the original order 2 months ago I still dont have any merchandise i requested my money back he refused to refund.
Anyone who reads this take my advise dont do any business with this company, this so called business should ran out out of business.Anyone with any suggestion I would be willing to listen.

I just heard about this complaint from your website. This was a long time ago and I had to look up my sales notes for that time period to get an idea of who was complaining. I found a note about a custmer who was dissatisfied with the designer sweaters he ordered, but our policy states that all returns must be made 7 days after reciept of merchandise. He waited to long to return the merchandise (3 Months) and then returned it. We don't offer refunds but he was offered a credit but that was 2 years ago...
Sorry but we are a wholesaler and our policies are stated on our wewbsite in plain english and on all catalog sheets.
I hope this helps, everyone should read all companies policies because that information is very important.
