Complaint Review: royal merchandising online store

Oder from this company and you will be on the losing end of the deal. I placed an order over $2000.00 for new not used first quality brand name merchandise. I received 1 box immediately containing used ladies sweaters that were most definately used and worn more than once if you get my meaning. The rest of the $1800.00 in Merchandise never arrived.

I understood the sales manager/owner was going to have surgery but never expected the entire company to close for this occassion. You get no email response, no returned calls, absolutely nothing and only a recording saying the business will be closed for 10 to 14 days due the surgery and they are suppose to be renovating. HELLO anybody home there! I find their lack of consideration for their customers a bit unraveling. If they knew they were closing why did they not notify the customers or return their money. It has been 6 weeks and still no info on their re-opening.

The companies website is still actively taking orders and money but their is no merchandise to be sent or people to assist any customers. I have been ripped off big time and hope this will spare someone the same pain. ROYAL MERCHANDISING IS A ROYAL RIP-OFF! Dont trust the nice man on the end of that phone line if you are every lucky enough to actually get a live body to answer the phone now.
