Complaint Review: Royal Mesa Inn Rodeway Inn Mesa Hotelclub.com Expedia.com

Do not book a room at the Rodeway Inn Mesa on West Main street. It is listed on the on line hotel clubs as Rodeway, but it is the Royal Mesa Inn and it is a real mess. I can not say for certain, but from the way my room looked, it appears that someone had been living in it. The fixtures are broken and dirty, there was a beer cap imbedded in the ceiling, it was really atrocious. I checked out within hours of checking in. Then they charged me for the whole week after promising not to. The false charge is being taken care of, the staff was apologetic, the problem is it is being misrepresented as something it is not.

I would like to say that the owner is in the process of remodeling, but in the meanwhile, it is inhabitable. So beware that the Rodeway Inn Mesa is really the Royal Mesa Inn.
