Royal Palm Travel, SeaLand Travel All Inclusive Excursions Beware, consumers! There is no such thing as a free gift! San Antonio Texas
Ft. Worth, San Antonio, Texas as well as Tucson, Arizona, consumers beware! If you receive a phone call or a letter in the mail about free round trip airfare, or a free cruise, or perhaps a Walmart card worth $300 or a free $300 gas card, save yourself a lot of hassle and forget it! There is no such thing as a gift for free! You will pay in the end! To get the gifts they promise you, you must attend a "presentation" or "travel seminar", at which time when you check in, you will be asked to present a valid credit card and id. They want to make sure you have a credit card because they want as much of your money as they can get! A debit card will only get them $2500 or less, but they want it all! You will be escorted into a room by a representative who will try to warm you up and get you comfortable, they will ask you many questions in casual conversation, and you will feel like they really want to get to know you. These representatives are expressly trained to get your guard down and get you talking about yourself and laughing and joking. They will ask you for a favor, a kindness, just keep an open mind. Walk out the door now! The speaker will come out, they have a few, and he/she will present himself. In five minutes or so, they will begin the presentation. All Inclusive Excursions and Sealand Travel is a travel club that will supposedly save you all the mark up on your travel needs and allow you to travel at wholesale cost. BEWARE CONSUMERS! If it sounds too good to be true, it really is! They will pitch various discounts such as hotel, airfare, cruises, resort condos, car rentals/rv rentals, and packaged vacations. Hotel discounts are up to 65%, but this is from rack rates, and we all know no one pays that rate! Airfare isn't discounted but the pitch is that "we will get you the lowest rate at the time of booking", also a lie! You can do the same with a little work on the internet. Prices for cruises and vacation packages are at least 6 months old, when the prices are the lowest, yet the speaker will tell you that they are current prices! Try booking them! It's impossible! Resort access with Sealand Travel will supposedly give you access to 8 weeks of timeshare condo usage without purchasing timeshare. What you don't know is that the prices of the weeks and "hot weeks" will cost you a lot more than what you are being told! You will pay the maintenance fee of that condo, if it's $399 to $2199 for the week, you can rent condos for less on the internet, or through a vacation site. They will ask you for $8995 plus a $399 documentation fee, plus a $199 annual fee to be a member. But what you don't know is that the price is negotiable. It goes from there to $2995 plus. Or you can buy a 1 year trial for anywhere from $1995 to $ 598. This company is a total ripoff, you will never get travel for what you are told you will pay. There are reputable travel clubs out there, but this is not one of them. Everything they tell you is a total lie! And if you do say no, try getting those "gifts" they give you! It will cost you more in postage and fees than it would be if you bought it yourself!
