My Fiance and I went to one of their product demonstractions after we had won the free trip. We heard the long schpeel about how good their product was and how bad everyone else is. We ended up buying the inroductory set of pots after we were told this would be the only time it the pots were going to be offered to us. We thought that it might be worth it. We put the purchase on my credit card, becuase of the lower interest rate than the finance plan the Royal Prestige was offering. After we had left the presentation we had second doubts about our purchase. The next day we called the Royal Prestige manager for our region and told her that we would like to cancel our order. The manager told my fiance that the order would be cancelled and that the Royal Prestige manager would not allow the card to be charged because the Manager was in charge of the billing. We also sent in the cancellation form that same day, which was within their 3-day cancellation period. After being relieved that we had cancelled the purchase, I checked my card early the next week. To my surprise the purchase had been processed and the full amount was on my credit card. Since my discovery, I have tried to make contact with the Manager who told us that the order would be cancelled. I have only been able to get the voice mail for this person. I have left two messages, both of which have included my phone number but I have not heard from the person yet.

After two weeks of trying to get the money back, Royal Prestige re-credited the entire purchase back on my card.
