Royal Prestige-Hy Cite Corp. still ripping off people trying to work it out since 95 Madison Wisconsin
Well it looks like good old Royal Prestige is still at it ripping off people. Our scam happened back in 1995. My husband and I were called saying we won a free vacation all we have to so is sit through a seminar about their famous pots and pans. Like the rest of you we were scared into buying the pots and pans, along with high preasue sales.
Our total cost was $1050. We payed $350 on payments. After 5 or 6 months the valves broke on three of the tops, one of the handeles broke, they would not get clean. Then when we tried to book our FREE vacations we weren't able to. We kept choosing dates that were not aceptable. We tried to complain to the company but they did not help they kept giving us the run around at that point we stoped paying them. Inturn they put us in collections, have had lawyers contact us and left a negative mark on our credit report they have us as a charge off. So we just let it go.
We didn't know that any other complaints were out there untill someone told me about the report on Good Morning America. Agian contacting the company getting NO RESPONCE. In Jan 2003 again tries to contact JIM MARTIN and was told he was away for 6 months. All I want is it to be off my credit report if there is any class action suits out there I am in.
