Royal Prestige Lied about what type of 'show' I would be attending as well as my so-called free gift ripoff abused & mistreated ripoff business from hell Scottsdale Arizona
I recently recieved a message on my voicemail alerting me that I had a package and I should call Royal Pretige back as soon as possible to arrange a pick up time.
I called them back to find out that I was selected from thousands of soon-to-be-brides to attend a bridal show and, as the girl explained it, a 3 night/4 day trip with all expenses paid including airfare. She told me the show would be approxiamtly 90 minutes and the host would go over all of the services they offer to help new brides. At the very end she added that there would also be a small cooking demonstration.
I was under the impression that the show would be about printers, florists, caterers, etc. That couldnt be farther from the truth!! The show was to start at 7pm but the host didnt even get there until 7:15. The show, all 2 1/2 hours of it, was ALL about pots and pans. Im sorry but if Im planning a wedding I really dont have $3500 to spend on pots and pans!
The host kept telling us that these items were only available at the time of the show and if we passed this up now we would never be able to purchase these things again. At the end of the show my fiance and I let the host, who was very nice throughout the show, know that we would not be able to afford these things at this time. At that point he became very rude, handed us our trip voucher and turned around and walked away. It was almost worth sitting through the whole thing for the free trip.
Upon reading the voucher I found out that only the hotel accomidations are paid for, and that is only up to $475. Had I known that this is what I was going to get for my time I would have stayed home. I dont care how safe or superior they claim their products are, as fas as Im concerned Royal Prestige is a rip-off!

I JUST got a call from your scammers and she DID NOT say "hotel accomadations." She said "a 4 day and 3 night free vacation to Hawaii, Las Vegas, etc..." Consumers are filing lawsuits and you will be found guilty of fradulent practices...

Royal Prestige also called me after attending a bridal show and offered me the same free gifts for coming to their presentation. However, I did ask questions on the phone. The saying goes "if it sounds too good to be true, IT IS!!!
You listen to their presentation and they offer you BETTER free gifts if you buy their product, DUH. I could've won the all-inclusive in a game we played during the presentation.
I have experienced the lesser vacation package and actually used it for part of my honeymoon, just pay for an upgrade. Where else do they take $500 of your vacation? We all know weddings ARE expensive, but who thinks when you pass on paying $3000 for pots & pans that they will want to pay $3000 for you to have a vacation??? Um,YEAH.
I've received a few nice things from going to these presentations from various companies. They REALLY do work all the SAME. JUST LEARN TO SAY NO when it comes to your pocketbook...

I have worked for Royal Prestige for almost 10 years for the office you are complaining about. there are numerous distributors for Royal Prestige and unfortunately when one distributor gets a bad name so do the rest.
As far as being told told that the trip was all expenses paid. Not true. We NEVER say that. If you were really listening you would have heard the girl say "4 days and 3 nights hotel ACCOMODATIONS"
I don't know what gave you the impression that you would see florists, printers etc. We state who we are and what we have in the first sentence.. we carry china, crystal, cookware and cutlery.
Yes, the presentation is only about 90 minutes, but my boss really cares about what he does and believes in our product line. So do I. IT IS SUPERIOR. He just wants you to be well informed. I have seen his presentation, and sometimes it goes a little longer....but the information you leave with is definitaly worth the time. You don't have to buy anything if you choose not to. But in my opinion its a great investment. We do offer a payment plan. We know how costly getting married can be. We stand behind everything we sell. Should something break, we replace it. Anyone who gets a call to come see the presentation should definitely make time to go. You will be very impressed!!!!! this way you can see for yourself and form your own opinion.

All you lost was your time, you should have left once you noticed that the show was about pots and pans. You only stuck around because you were greedy, you are old enough to know that nothing is free.
