Royal Prestige ripoff ripped off and scammed screwed others too slime-ball slow prossessing slime-ball screwed others too ripped off and scammed Monroe New York .....

My fiance (now wife) and I were called around March and was offered a Free 3 day 2 night vacation to one of many different locations. All we had to do was attend a seminar -- where we attended, and now wish that we never would have done so.

Our Sales Guy, named Tom Nichols, had a presentation about the cookware, stating that cooking with Aluminum leads to Alzheimers, and cooking with T-Fal is toxic to the human body. After speaking to some scientific experts, and online research, this is NOT TRUE, and is misleading information (FLAT LIE)! We were also told that we could try the product for 60 days, and if unstatisfied, we could return for a FULL REFUND.

This information was 100% untrue, and false. Needless to say, after purchasing the $1702.00 merchandise through Royal Prestige, the pots and pans stick, are difficult to clean, and do not cook as good as we were told. My cheap set I bought through T-FAL is by all means better than the other pieces of Junk. Now, within my 60 days, I have requested my account to be credited upon me returning the equipment to RP. We had financed this through Hycite Corporation, which is who RP uses.

They are also worthless in trying to get anything resolved. A guy named Nick Peters is the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. He has accused us of lying on the application which in untrue, harrassing us with terrible phone calls threating to procede with legal action, where we would be arrested.

I am an innocent consumer trying to get a refund on a product that I am completely UNSATISFIED with, and would like to speak with someone who knows what the meaning of true Customer Service is. I have yet to get this. I would like help in resolving this issue. I have already filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau of New York, filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office in New York, and in Kentucky which is where the seminar took place.

If anyone can give any advice, or could tell me what I need to do to get a full refund, true customer service.
All I want is what every consumer wants with a product they are unsatisfied with, where deceptive selling tactics were used, and where we were given false health information about the human body to pursuade us into signing a contract, where we now regret. Wish me Luck.
