I bought a car at Wallace Nissan in Stuart Florida.  The bookkeeper I guess was in charge of selling the Royal Protection Plan that covers everything bumper to bumper.  I paid for the coverage, and requested the coverage.  They don't tell you what your plan covers.  Mine apparently Gold.  I received one page titled Mechanical Failure Service Contract.  7 Years, 70,000 miles.  The plan covers nothing.  It says it covers certain electronics, but never covers mine.  Today the mechanical winch for the spare tire needed replacing after an hour on the phone, maybe more, oh no the warranty doesn't cover that because it is not the Platinum Policy.  I am telling you I was scammed for $1800.00.  When I went to Wallace Nissan to confront them the bookkeeper had no idea what I was talking about, she just can't remember even though as one walks through the building her loud voice can be heard pitching that worthless policy telling the hapless people that it covers everything bumper to bumper.  The bottom line is when one calls Royal Protection Plan/Fidelity Warranty Covers nothing and Wallace Nissan lies about it. And of course the Manager will not call an individual back either.  I have reported them long version from the lies about the car right up to the extended warranty to Nissan Corporate who will take the report but have no authority to do anything.

 Did you do ANY research on this dealer where you bought this car? Within ONE MINUTE, I discovered HONESTY and INTEGRITY are NOT going to happen at this slime ball place. Did you READ your paperwork BEFORE you agreed to the Terms and Conditions? Why on earth did YOU agree to do business with a merchant which ADDS OVER $1000 In BOGUS, FAKE, ADD-ON FEES? This FAKE FEE con-game works like this: The trashy dealer represents the price of the car as being a FAKE PRICE. In other words, they are lying to you. They make up the difference with these FAKE FEES like "Electronic filing fee" and "dealer fee". In other words, they are DECEIVING you as to the real price of the car. You buy from them, you are rewarding them for LYING to you. Since they already demonstrated they ARE NOT TRUTHFUL, all bets are off. You very obviously CANNOT TRUST THEM because even before you walk thru the door, they are playing a CON-GAME with you.
