WARNING DO NOT USE ROYAL SHUTTLE in the Central FL area. Please pass the word on! My mom made a reservation with this company to go from Cape Canaveral to the Orlando Airport. She gave Paul her credit to pay for the reservation the day before. Upon arrival the driver apologized that the van was dirty as he got the call after midnight (she made the reservation the day before). The driver said it would be $85 cash. She said no she had already paid with a credit card. The driver said he was told this was cash. The driver called the owner Paul. Paul said it was cash only. She didn't have the cash on her. The driver said he didn't have enough gas to go to the atm and airport. She called a cab instead and told the driver she was cancelling them and taking a cab. She told the Paul on the phone that she was canceling and taking a cab. Paul yelled and screamed at her. Calling her names she says she's heard but never been called before. He threatened her saying he has her name and phone number. He said he was going to put her number on auto dial and call her every 5 minutes. He has been calling her non stop now this morning! She has 15 calls from him now on her cell phone. We have filed a report with the local sheriff for harassing her. The BBB gives them an F and has asked them to remove their logo from it's website.
