I was due a refund for 4 people. Royal Shuttle will not respond to phone calls or emails. If they do answer the phone, the computers are down. I paid in advance for 16 people from MCO to Port Canaveral. 4 people could not make it. (One died the week before departure. I am due a refund of $96.00
I spoke with Paul S and he promised a refund. I never received a formal receipt for payment. Confirmation #071700-AA for a round trip on 11/16/2012 -11/24/2012. I have sent several emails and there is no response. If they do answer the phone, the computers are down. This is from day one.
In addition, their service is horrible. 12 of us waited 40 minutes for a pick up at MCO. We were supposed to be picked up at 11:00AM on the 17th to go to the cruise ship. They were one hour late. Paul told us there was accident,. The driver told us he had to make an extra trip. The people who run this company are dishonest. They were late again picking us up after the cruise.
