company says wife maybe arrested for a fraudulant check from june 2009 and called my in laws about his also anyway cant find any info online and when asked for federal tax id number told us they are a private company and not required to have one and in letter they gave her their company was spelled differently in header and from their office administrator,also that on march 20,2013 by 5pm she had to pay or she will go to jail,i need help with this matter please
