Complaint Review: Royal Star Benefits

Hi! My name is Analiza Julian from hawaii...I have been scam from royal star benefitz....They have take out $249.00 from my checking account for one time membership fee as what they said and I was approved for $2000.00 .It was been since September 15 and they keep on telling that its on the way.I have the feeling that i was scam...I called their office but its close and i went to their website but they cant give their company phone number...

I've talk to them like 10 times promising that my card is coming, but unfortunately havent been here.Can i still have chance to get my money back?When i talk to them they always rude and they were like in a rush, like they keep on ksaying ok ok ok maam...I just hope that it wont happen again to anyone.
