Complaint Review: Royal Star Benifits

My story is exactly the same as described by other affected people...249$ charged, an application was sent, which I had to send to canada,no response even after 2-3 months. Finally came to know that the Royal star benifits is closed.

My aim here, is not to discuss the stories again and again, but would like to know if we can do something about it.Can we lodge a police complaint, or did someone do something regarding this? please advice
