I purchased goods from this vendor on December 2, 2008, and Payment was made to the vendor through Google checkout on that date. The vendor on their website had indicated at the time of the order that shipping was free. When I made payment through Google Checkout, I was charged for shipping. In taking this matter up with the vendor, I received an email confirming that shipping is to be included. The vendor confirmed through Google checkout that the goods were shipped on December 2, 2008. The expected delivery date was December 8, 2008. In trying to track the goods, I had sent the vendor numerous correspondence by email requesting a USPS or UPS tracking number to trace the goods and never received a reply. I attempted to contact the vendor by phone and left several follow up messages and never received a reply. On December 18, 2008, I emailed the vendor again requesting a reply to my various emails in order to obtain a tracking number and credit on the shipping charges and have not received a reply to that email as well. In the email to the vendor of December 18, 2008, I also advised the vendor that if I did not hear from them within 24 hours and the goods did not arrive before Christmas day, I no longer wanted the goods and that I would file a formal complaint and dispute the charges with my credit card company. To date I have not received the goods nor received a reply from the vendor. This is absouletely poor customer service and follow up. I would never deal with this vendor again nor would I recommend them to anyone. Ultimately, this vendor is a true "Rip Off" and I will do what it takes to get them appropriately flagged and reported for the benefit of other consumers.
