I received an email  on 3/20/10 giving me a confirmation number for an order I placed that cost $59.95.  I did not place an order nor have I ever heard of RoyalBiz.us before.  I replied to their email and stated that I did not place this order and to cancel it.  On 3/26/10, I received an email stating that my order has been processed.  I checked my credit card bill and there was a charge of $59.95.  I called RoyalBiz.us and they told me they could cancel my membership but that they would not refund the $59.95.  I asked membership to what????  And I have not received anything for this $59.95.  The lady told me that they sent me an email with download instructions.  I never received that email and I have no idea what I am supposed to be downloading.  On the confirmation email I received, it states that my order is being shipped to my home address.  She told me there was a download.  Evidently, she was lying.  This company is a scam.  She said she can not refund my $59.95 and I have nothing to show for it.
