Complaint Review: Royalty Auto Service

 I took my 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix to this shop in February,2017 for a power steering pump and paid in cash $650.00 and it is September,2017 and the power steering fluid runs out of my car while you are putting it in. I have taken my car back twice to be told i need to get something in the wheel fixed but why is the power steering fluid not staying in the car. I can no longer turn the steering wheel due to no power steering fluid. I told the manager Tony that my son was putting fluid in once a month and now we are putting it in everyday to watch it run out on the ground while he is putting it in. My son was fixing my brakes and found a rag in the wheel well catching the power steering fluid before it hit the ground. This place is a rip off and i am taking my car back for the third time to have them fix what they never fixed. They charge $20.00 for oil change that is advertised for $13.95.
