These guys are the slick type. They prey on those who do not know any better. A female manager at one of the stores gave a great speech on how she "teaches" classes on what women who don't know any better can do to protect themselves from being price gouged (ripped off)....and with a smile on her face she did it to my daughter by quoting services that ran as high as twice as much for a repair from other repair shops in the Jacksonville area that have good reputations....they were in fact the most expensive in the Jacksonville area....amazing!
