This company and these guys are just crooks. From day one they were not able to produce...and when they did the quality was awful and had to be redone. They stole money from us and have yet to pay it back. Their character and their cratmanship are poor.
Be advised and stay clear - they will tell you anything and do nothing!

Client asked if we could look into replacing their roof and advised that they were on a tight budget and did not know if they would be able afford job after insurance deducted their detuctible from their claim check. RPM lowered their profit margin to assist this couple. After the roof was replaced client advised us that they were removing the interior work from our contract. Anyone in business knows that this affects your profit. At this point RPM was out of the deductible money and work they decided they did not want (which translates to money in their pocket).
RPM has probably lost money because of this false accusation. A guy named Dale wrote the post and RPM never talked or met Dale. But yet he calls us crooks and whatever else he said. He also posted on other websites. RPM has been in business over 10 years and this is the first time something like this has been posted about our company. RPM will continue to assist people whether its on a construction job or an unrelated matter. We realize that there is people out there that do appreciate it when someone looks out for them.
