RPM Dallas Didn't return deposit even though house was left perfect Plano Texas
When we moved out we left the house absolutely spotless. Jerry kept over $300 of the deposit for "cleaning fees". He claimed he had pictures though he could never produce them. I doubt he even checked the condition of the house before the new tenants moved in. He is so disrespectful and condescending in every matter we had to interact with him. I highly recommend that you AVOID this business. Rent from somewhere else. It is not worth your time or sanity to have to deal with this horrible man.
