RPM Real Property Management Pinnacle only cares about making money for company not caring about the renter. phoenix Arizona

In the 5 years of dealing with RPM Pinnacle, I have don't know how many property managers and owners of the house I leased from them that I had. They never inform me of the change of property managers and only was notified of new owners of house after the house was sold. I was recently informed that tenants are not allowed to send emails or pictures of the property to the owners of the house which means that these people are buying this property from old photos. After I sent current pictures, I was sent a letter stating that the owner was not resigning the lease for me being a messy tenant.

In the 5 years, there has a consistent problem with a leaky roof with which I have addressed numerous times and this has still not been fixed.There is definitely some kind of black growth and I am due to move at the end of October,but will take a sample for sure. I have pictures from when it first started and corsponding letters from their office addressing the issue. Still it sits, getting worse. The cabinets are falling apart and there is an infestation of cockroaches due to this. I have pictures of all of this. One of their maintenance workers who was new had come out to fix my sink even stated it was black mold. He stated that they would "scrape it off, bleach it, and paint over it." When I said I was allergic to bleach,He said they would find something else to use.

Maintenance problems don't stop there, when my tile was coming lose(mind you they knew I was handicap and walked with a cane), they came out and instead of replacing the tile. They chisled the section out and painted it to look like the old section.

Recently when the AC unit went out at 445pm, I called the maintenance line and reported it following procedure. Then an hour or two later, I called to see what the hold up was, no call for when someone was coming. 9pm the property manager called and said someone should be out soon....I waited up until midnight! We had no air for almost 24 hours! and when it was fixed...there was a large block of ice. He got ice broken up. Asked if we had a hose, I stated no. I went to check on him and he seem to be talking personal on his phone. All of a sudden water was gushing in my hallway vent and into my bathroom as well down my kitchen ceiling where the problem we have been having was. Here he sprayed the coils and didn't tell me. I complained to him and he simply said, get a towel and clean it up. It took 2 big blankets and a towel just to clean the bathroom and hallway and another towel. They charged me for the service charge cause I wanted to be compensated. 

Everyone of the drawers in the kitchen have had to be fixed at least once, the back fence is barely standing up and wont be fixed cause it costs more to repair than the rent, the backyard is sinking, the porch is literaly a death trap waithing to fall on someone, 

they don't use licensed contractors to do any maintenance. I have seen their people get shocked because they didn't turn off the power. I watched them blow fuses. I have seen them replace things because the people that installed them previously did it incorrectly.
