I guess this place is supposed to be a management company. But somehow, I don't see how they got their degree. This place is ran by a lady named Vicki Raymond, she has one worker who is supposedly the receptionist, I dont remember her name. But both people have horrible customer service skills.

They rented my roomie and I a very old house without central air or heat. Which was ok because they told us the wall heaters worked fine in the winter....which was a LiE! Things that were hidden on the show of the house somehow became a big problem for my roommate and I. For example, there were numerous holes in the house. This is the email I sent to them after several attemts of unanswered phone calls:

This was on March 23,2009

I am writing this letter to inform you of the problems we are having at *** Isabella. I have contacted the office several times and told them what was going on, all to no avail. I find it very unprofessional and unfair that we, as tenants, pay rent and cannot get adequate and sufficient services from you, the landlord. Our next step is to take legal action. The problems are as follows:

* There are holes, that were not visible during inspection, in the foundation and ceilings and walls of this unit and the heat (heaters that we had to buy because the ones that were available did not work and we complained about that many times)  and cold air (which we have to provide as stated in the lease) cannot heat up and cool off the house because of the holes and foundation problems which lead us to the expensive electricity bill that has come about because of these problems.

* Because of the holes there are mice and bugs everywhere. We cant keep the mice out and this is hazardous to our health.

*There are 2 leaky pipes in this house(kitchen and bathroom) that keeps water on the floor every time we try to use the faucet which causes mold (which is also hazardous to our health)

*The bathroom vanity that you all "fixed" looks terrible and I have told whoever answers the phone about how there is nothing but floor board and holes in that.

I cant think of everything but this unit has an array of problems that management is responsible for. We were also told that the last tenant had the same problems and they were not fixed instead he had to get out of his lease also. I find it ridiculous, but decided to go ahead and take the next step. Hopefully things get resolved.

Here are a couple of alternatives we came up with that would be easier than taking this whole matter to court:

* Lowering the rent so it can at least equal out the electricity bill

*Cutting our lease in half to six months instead of 1yr therefore it is enough time from now for you to find another tenant or fix the repairs so that this unit is livable

*Or move us to another property that you own that's updated and livable with the same price of rent.

If you have any other alternatives in mind please bring them to my attention, but if the matter isn't resolved or at least in the process of getting resolved by the end of the week. We will go forward with the legal process.

Thank You and we will call you soon in order to discuss this matter. I was forced to email because my calls weren't getting answered or returned. And if you would like to contact me the number is ***

This is what she wrote back...THE Receptionist. (Kimberly):

I have forwarded your email to the owner she is asking that you send a complete written list of all repairs that need to be taken care of she would like the repair list to be in no later that Friday morning so she can address all issues and get bids for required work. Also the last tenant that was in that property did not get out of there lease they broke their lease. Please email or fax us your written work order request ASAP.

That was also in March.

They didn't come until October to fix some of the problems. We called the city on them three times. And each of those times they miraclulously showed up at our doorstep acting like they never recieved a phone call.
