PLEASE stay away from this company. The negative online reviews are all true -although they hard to believe. We went without heat in the winter, without AC in the summer, we went nearly a month without a dishwasher.. This company insisted a key to the home be given to the service people. We have small children here and there is only one master key. Instead of changing the lock etc for the side gate, they then insisted we leave the gste open 24/7. Fine. Next we recieve a letter for a 240.00 adm fee. The office worker at RPM RINCON could not tell me what the fee was about. She called me "hon" stated "i cant help you" so I said "thank you sweet heart"-and then she began to yell at me and hung up the telephone. This company id based on fraud. It was even investigated by KGUN 9 on your side. Please save yourself the hassle, frustration and stress and find an honest rental company. I wish I would have listened.
