If I could give a lower score than this, I would. Our negative experiences with RPM Rincon started while we were signing the lease. Unfortunately, we were in a tight spot and needed to find a place quickly. I'll outline all of the problems we've experienced below:

1. They charge a $250 "advertising fee" that is due alongside your first month's rent and deposit.
2. Our rent is not the amount advertised. Our rent was marketed as $600. Instead, we have to pay an additional $12 a month for a "processing fee."
3. I filed a report about an abandoned car on the property. Their solution was to send an eviction notice to everyone living on the property, including myself. The CSR blamed the "poorly worded" email on her secretary. The car is still here.
4. Our heating unit was not working properly, so I filed a maintenance request. The people they sent out stripped the entire unit, stealing all the parts. Since then, we have been repeatedly ignored on our complaints and requests for maintenance. We have gone over a month without heat, during the coldest months of the year. Our space heaters don't adequately heat the home, and have skyrocketed our electric bill.

These guys have a very negative reputation, and I would encourage everyone to take this reputation seriously. Alongside the countless negative reviews, KGUN9 reported that they frequently try to shaft tenants out of their deposits, while also trying to slap them with a cleaning bill that is far beyond the scope of any work that could possibly be necessary. I expect that we will be forced to contact City Code Enforcement, likely move out due to breach of our lease agreement, and will undoubtedly not receive our deposit back.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT NEEDS TO CRASH AND BURN, AND DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE IN OPERATION.
