RPM - SprintPCS Cancelled Sprint Acct, Sprint screwed up billing. RPM now handling ripoff Quincy Illinois

We had several problems with Sprint PCS. We asked that our daughter be taken off our account and given her own in her name. The gentleman assured me it would be done within 72 hours. 72 hours later, she was still on our account. we went through the same process to get her off our account and on her own so she would be responsible with another rep. We waited the 72 hours as stated and she was still on our account.

Finally on the 3rd time a rep asked us how old she was. I told him 17. He said she was not allowed to have her own acct til she was 18. I told him I wanted to cancel her number off our account and would pay the 150 fee which we did. Then we started having problems with our billing shortly after this and I told them to cancel the account and charged the 150 for one cancellation to my credit card.

When the bill came in I was to have only ONE cancellation fee since I had already paid for 2. The rep at sprint ASSURED me of this. Her name was Jessica. Apparently JESSICA did not do something right and i was being billed for 2 cancellations. I told them when they could send me a correct bill I would pay it and the account would be cancelled. I was being contiuously billed for 300 something dollars which was wrong.

Now we have been getting TOLL FREE calls approx every 2 hours all day long and rarely do we have an individual on the line. Its a recording stating to wait for an important call. Tonight I finally called to find out WHO this company was that was harassing us. A very RUDE man named Shawn was beligerant and obnoxious and would not tell me anything even though I was listed on the sprint account also. He refused to speak to me and even went as far as to say he talked to my husband in June and named a date and time.

This was a bold face lie. We have never spoken to ANYONE from this company. I told him it was a lie and he began yelling at me on the phone so I hung up. For a "so-called reputable" company, they are borderline harrassing people and could actually be fine or sued for this. I worked collections for years and know what can and can't be done legally and they are bordering a fine line between the two. Has anyone else had this problem?

I had several problems with SprintPCS also, any time you want to make a change or add someone or delete something they love to throw out the 150$ fee. They did the same thing to me, tried to charge me twice, they will wait 3 or 4 months then charge it to you again. I will never go back to sprint again. Horrible billing issues.
