Renee Rachelle Ninnis-Gehring is running several sites called RR Beautee Designs and Renee Rachelle Beauty. Her Younique business is taking a back seat to other business adventures. Orders are extremely slow, incorrect, and have gotten stuff that was not sealed and appeared to be used/old. I feel like she is keeping newer Younique products and sending old and used stuff to customers.

She never responds to e-mails if she takes a month to send your package. The only time she responds is if you are praising her. Customer service does not exist. She literally ignores you. She gives Younique a bad reputation and I am afraid her current problem will reflect poorly on the company. Today I saw on her website that she is encouraging customers to buy non-prescription contacts and then wear them OVER their prescription contacts. She is more concerned about making a dollar and clearly does not care about the safety of her customers.

All contacts come with a warning NOT to do the exact stuff she is encouraging people to do. Once customers realize they are scammed into buying contacts they can't wear over their prescription contacts she is not going to let you return them. By wearing contacts in this many you can have horrible eye infections, eye swelling which leads to blindness and losing your eye all together. She was even warned that you cannot do that and she still did not take the postings down or to inform customers that they are buying useless contacts that they can't wear over their prescription contacts.

I also think Younique needs to look into her business as well. She is taking forever to send out packages, she won't answer e-mails asking for help, when she loses somebody's purchase she does nothing to respond in a timely manner. If you go on her live video you will see other people that are trying to get her to respond to her lack of service. She spends so much time on her other business that her Younique business suffers a lot. That gives them a very bad reputation.
