Complaint Review: RRI COLLECTIONS AGENCY

Gave these people cases to collect on a year ago and never heard from them . Called several several times to see what status was on collections. they never called back. Called a few days ago to get information again and told them i might have another collection. They responded quick to that but never to talk price or to find out about if the other collections were made. They swindeled  my secratary into giving them all information on new collections but avoided any answers to old collections. I then get a phone call from a customer who owes us money ( new collection ) , and he starts telling me  how he was harrased and was sworn at up and down and threatened from Eric Ellis at RRI. I then call  RRi to see what was going on and told them to not call this person any more , and that they were not authorized to make any phone calls or collections without my consent. I then got into an argument with this  a-- hole Eric Ellis and it became a brawl over the phone. I then contact my attorney and he googles this RRI  and discovered all this.  This so called co. is a fake , and  a fraud and should be shut down immediately!!! What is the hold up here. Stay AWay!!.Do not deal with these people!!!.
