RS Trading Company, This company will not return my $1,000 Deposit Pembroke Park Florida
I placed an order (invoice date 5/12/08) for 300 pc. High End Designer Handbags. Taly, customer service rep, told me it would be 3-6 weeks for the order to arrive. Today (8/3/08), as I file this report I have yet to receive the handbags.
I called Taly (approximately mid July) to refund my $1,000 deposit as she could not fulfill my order is the time she quoted. Taly said she'd talk to her supervisor and return my call. Today, as I file this report I have yet to get a call back! I have called her numerous times and left messages - but no return call.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes that this company will abide by the laws and return my deposit.
This company is a RIP-OFF! Please beware and do not order a thing from them!

Well, here it is August 14th and I have yet to hear from anyone on my deposit. I continue to call, leave messages and send emails for someone - anyone to contact me.
RS Trading Company has not responded to the Better Business Bureau on my claim. If they don't - it would only benefit other and show them NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
As I wait for the BBB to repond to me, I am ready for small claims court...
If you've been ripped off too - Don't give up! Do the following:
1) Contact the State of Florida - Corporations Website - you will find
ALL the information on this company - owner name, his personal
address and much more information.
2) Contact Legalfish dot com - file a report - an attorney just contacted
me on my issue!
3) Defintely fill out a report here at RipOffReport - this site is awesome!
It will also make others second guess doing business with them!
4) Contact the Better Business Bureau - My claim with RS Trading is
Number 22 (they currently have a b+ rating - but not for long if they
do not respond to your claim!
5) File a small claims suit against them in your City/Town. Your Payment
to them originated in your City/Town - therefore you can file a suit
locally.
I won't give up!!!
