I had recently put in an order for 30,000,000 Runescape gold on http://www.rs2goldbuy.com/ for $21.90. On the website it is indicated that delieveries should take no more than 10 minutes. It has now been two days and I have contacted their live chat several times. Most of the time I get a notification that reads: 'currently not online now. we back soon, 8 hours'. And when I am able to talk to the one (I've used the chat multiple times and only got one person) person, or probably an automated computer about my order they reply with 'the supplier is currently not online now,please check back soon 8 hours,sorry for delay'.

The same thing has happened to me, although i was one of the first to experience this problem. I chatted with them at first to make sure that they would produce the gold, then after i payed they just shut me out with not responding to anything i did to try and contact them. They never replied until i recently filed a DISPUTE against them. 

WATCH OUT, if you file a dispute against them through paypal, they will get the person with the gold to trade you, and may or may not put way more gold than you payed for, but not follow through with the trade. They will ask that you CLOSE the dispute first, which is VERY WRONG. Do not close the dispute before you receive the gold, otherwise they may reject the trade and you wont be able to  reopen the dispute again. So dont close any dispute until they follow through with their trade.

Im sure that other charges can be filed against them if they do not provide a refund or response, so look into it.

Everything this person is portraying is the truth. it has happened exactly how he said it to me. Instead i bought 73$ worth of runescape gold, bought in feb 24, and screenshot our conversations about my refund and still the same non-responsiveness .
