RSD Labs wouldn't give me name or a supervisor or address They kept sending me unsolicited product & billing me @98.72 every month for 4 months before I caught it. I did not sign up for a trial. Savannah Georgia
I purchased some face gel from RDS Labs. They kept sending me product that I did not request. After 4 months I started to notice that they were billing me $98.72 every month. I did not request this at all. I have no money & what I had, they took.
I called 1-22-18 & they would not give me my money back saying that I only had 14 or 30 days to discontinue the "trial". The customer service rep would not let me talk to anyone. Would not give me a physical address. Would not let me talk to a supervisor. Would not give me the name of their lawyer. He said every time I call, I will get him.
I kept telling him that I did NOT sign up for ANYTHING that took money out of my account every month. He hung up on me. I called back. Got no where. He called back & I immediately told him to F-off.
I will never see my money. I contacted my lawyer though. I am not sure what she can do.
