RSG Dolls Sent the wrong product and refused to exchange at their expense Shenzhen City Longgang District

This company sent me the wrong doll color. I ordered purple and they sent blue. I thought it would be a simple mistake/simple exchange. Instead, they gaslit me by saying, 

"According to the order record, what you received is indeed the one you ordered. The photos are taken by professional photographer, the skin color might be a little different due to shooting illumination and angles factors.

Would you mind accepting 10% refund to keep this order?"

I provided photos of the blue doll and they continued to haggle me up to a 30% refund but refused to accept accountability for sending the wrong product. They told me I could exchange at my own expense (to China) but why would I -- I don't trust them to get it right in the first place. 

I should've researched the company, there are clear examples of RSG Dolls scamming customers on YouTube, Facebook and Reddit.

Steer clear of this company.
