RT Naturals advertises 'free patches', and only $1.99 shipping. I thought I would order the 'free patches' and found my credit card will be billed for over $60. No where does it describe this in it's advertisement. Only when reviewing a small scroll area of 'terms and conditions', many paragraphs down, does this 'automatic billing' become a part of the offer.
