Complaint Review: RTD Denver

After numerable amounts of other reports to RTD for s*** like this listed below that go no where. Im done making reports to RTD. Here instead, is what goes on and what they honestly refuse to deal with. The f****** fare alone is more than $3, day passes are $6 and if youre homeless and cant pay they seriously act like its the biggest f****** impediment on the face on the goddamn f****** Earth. When these f****** idiots made the fair free for more than three months and had more than what was needed to continue and make it indefinite if they truly wanted. Considering they a publicly funded service. On top of that bulls****, they dont even accept Veteran ID cards for the f**king homeless vets in Denver and cant even f****** comprehend as to why they have to make it free. Just because you're out dont mean you stop being a part of that s***. Stupid dumbass worthless f****** dumbass idiots!!!!!

Harassed and f****** abused and violated by a f****** transit idiot a*s driver for simply having a cart that I wheel around with me and was told that I have to move my cart “it cant be in the isle,” despite being the only f****** passenger in the f****** bus nearly the entire f****** time. He proceeded to get violent and aggressive threatening to throw me out despite nobody being on the bus and the cart not being in anybodys f****** way! Currently homeless, no money for fare most days, also a veteran, no f****** hope to speak of. And this stupid worthless dumbass f****** moron thinks its f**king appropriate to f****** harass, accost and f******abuse somebody because he thinks its easy pickings and funny. Man was tall, white, blond, Middle aged, overweight with blue eyes and a crew cut. Im a vet with PTSD and panic attacks after being treated in ways like that.

I am a Homeless veteran and proceeded to get on the bus and board and showed the driver my ticket. The bus driver proceeded to get violent and aggressive with me yelling at me to “watch where I was going,” and to “watch myself” and to “make room for unboarding passengers.” When there wasnt anyone else in the entryway to the bus.

I am a disabled homeless veteran. Was on my way home. Boarded the f****** zero bus at 820pm. There were only two people on the bus, one passenger and one driver. Showed the driver my ticket and took a seat. A fat a*s f****** wh*** had the gull to f****** try and start demanding that i move down a couple rows for “social distancing.” And the driver then had to try and get into the mix by demanding I move down also. She had plenty of room. And it was actually more like ten feet that we were apart. I said I was not going to move and there ain’t anything you can do about it. She and the driver then started to act aggressive and was going to do something to me unless I moved. I took the number and got off rather than put up with that. Lucky I didnt take matters into my own hands. If this f****** s*** continues, there will be more to worry about than coronavirus. Especially when that fat a** b**** was more than able to f****** move herself.

Homless veteran attempting to board and was denied access all because I did not have enough for fair when I am financially unable to afford it and the driver alao had to insult me about being homeless and how “I should have had this figured out by now.” Over the intercom, right in front of eveyone. I serisously f****** hope you all f****** die of f****** covid and worse. Considering we have over 8 billion on our planet, the less there are of you, the better.

2 security guards. Trying to tale my picture without consent for not having money for fare-when I am a f****** homeless person. As well as infringing on my rights for calling them pigs by saying “oink oink,” as they’re walking off the train. Freedom of f****** Speech a*s F***!!!! They pulled me off the train saying that I wasn’t allowed because “riding rtd is a privilege, not a right.” “You don’t have a right to rude.” After I reminded them very clearly as to what my rights are and will not infringed upon. They physically threatened and tried to intimidate me acting like they were going to do something to me and manhandle me for calling them by their real names. And even proceeded to say that “this is our property!” “We can do whatever we want!” “And if we ever catch you coming back here again....” And tried to force me off “their property,” when RTD is publicly funded and paid for by Coloradans tax dollars and fees everyday. I sang the Three Little Piggies and whatever else I could think of while everyone on the platform actually agreed with me too.
