I thought I was purchasing a new vaccum/carpet shampooer. After several attempts and still unable to use the "friendly" user, I sent my daughter to the retailer close to my house, where we were informed the cleaner was not a new one.
I have made several long distance phone calls to reach "Ralph" to no avail. No one will return my call.
If they come to your door, just say NO and tell them goodbye.
