Complaint Review: Rub-A-Dub-Scrubs

Puchased 3 custom tops on E-Bay 3/24/03. Asked for payment information 2 times before respondance. Paid $79.00 on 3/29/03. Wrote e-mails to individual 4/25 asking about status of order. Several days later responded with "it went out." Wrote on 5/14. No response. Wrote on 5/19. Responded with she will track it. Wrote 5/29, no response. Wrote 6/3 no response. Contacted my others who purhased items from this individual with the same results. See does not respond to phone calls either.
