Complaint Review: Ruben Cantu / C&R Roofing / Innovation Pro Roof / IPR

Ruben Cantu is the owner of C&R Roofing / Innovation Pro Roof / IPR Roofing and refuses to pay for his materials from suppliers.  In this case he owes over 11K on his credit account that he refuses to pay.  Ruben promised on different occassions that he would be making a payment on a certain date and when called and asked if was able to make it by he just hung up the phone.

After such an unprofessional and uncourteous gesture I tried calling him back several times and he refused to answer.  I then texted him for a simple yes or no regarding payment and he still did not respond.  I then texted him and asked why he lied to me and if he lied to everyone.  Ruben then took it upon himself to call and curse into my phone for 5 minutes without regard threatening to take his text messages to the store and tattle-tale on me.  I encouraged him to as the company owed would love to see him given the fact that he's been hiding for so long.
