If you want a healthy, well raised Cavalier do not buy from this person. I contacted Rhonda Mink Carroll about Cavalier King Charles puppies she advertised in Auburn, California on the AkC Marketplace. She wanted $500 as a deposit before I saw a contract or any info on health, and was very pushy about it. Not classy at all.
I found out that these puppies and in fact this person Rhonda Mink Carroll and her family live in Loogootee, Indiana and operate a puppy mill with absolutely no connection to California at all. She travels the country selling puppies because she can’t sell them from her puppy mill. If you Google her phone number so many different breeds pop up - they breed mixed breeds and are a HUGE mill operation.
Don’t fall for her lies. She is not local to California and the puppies are of dubious parentage and unknown health.
