Complaint Review: Ruby Tuesday Restaurants

ive worked for ruby tuesday 9year and they took my raises1 month ago, before that they were not giving me any hours now sence i dont make nothing like i was they are working me like a dog for way cheaper,i just dont see how they can take a big amount like that, is it legal? i dont no but i did my work without nobody telling me,more than 5 dollars in raises and they took nearly half back it aint right ,they say we cant take breaks , they say if were on the clock theres no smoking it dont matter were u go if they catch u your fired they say,thats crazy u should get 15 min break in 8 hours shift ,me and one other guy is the only ones that will clean the restrooms thir allways filthy ,managers dont cares its crazy, but i do and ive never been promoted,well who ever reads this thanks,i hope u can make a change
