Complaint Review: Rucci Oil Company Inc.

On Saturday, December 20, 2008, I requested 100 gallons of fuel oil from Rucci Oil Company, Inc. be delivered to my home in Staten Island which I received a confirmation at a total cost of $320.49.  I paid amount in full via my debit card.

Shortley there after and to date, I have been receiving several calls and letters that I owe an additional $119.40 because Rucci's driver mistakenly gave me more than the requested 100 gallons.  I spoke with Joan, Accounting Dept on several occasions and informed her that I was not in agreement and my ticket that was left by their driver clearly stated 100 gallons was delivered!  Joan threatened to send the driver back to my home to suck out the oil of my tank if I did not pay.  I kindly informed her that she would be tresspassing if she attempted to perform such an act and I would call the proper authority to have her driver arrested.

I am seeking a cease of the harrassing letters and calls because I am not responsible for any additional payments because my ticket from Rucci stated I was given 100 gallons and nothing more!
