After completing a comprehensive background investigation, it is clear that Rudi Kellner has lied to everyone with whom he has come into contact. First, he calls himself a "Doctor"! Guess What? He has never received a doctorate degree period. He said he has a masters degree. Guess What? He has never received a masters degree either.
Rudi is a deadbeat who has been operating a Ponzi scheme for years. O.K., did I mention that he lied about his military background?
Rudi promotes himself as a Management Consultant, Radio Talk-show host, businessman, philantroolpist, etc., but again, Guess What? He has left out that he is also a con man who prays upon the elderly and unsuspecting associates who have vested their trust in him. He also forgot to tell his associates that he was convicted in Oro Valley, Arizona of driving under the influcence of alcohol, drugs, toxic vapors or some combination thereof.
OK, did I tell you that Rudi also goes by the name of Rudi Scarnino. Yes, and Rudi has the nerve to use the email mantra of "rkintegrity@aol.com. "Integrity", what a joke!!!
Oh, did I also mention that Rudi claims he managed a Petro Company in Europe? Guess What? He lied!
