This sick person with 6 or is it 8 names, has been to jail not ONCE but TWICE, and he's about to go to jail again for his latest scam called Partners in Research, which caused innocent people to lose Millions of dollars and who are now facing
penalties and interest from CRA on top of losing their hard earned money.
With his Partners in Research investment, he collected interest payments on a fictitious, loan, collected membership fees, and never delivered a single membership benefit. He also collected money for a so called warranty which wasn't worth the paper it was written on.
To make matters worse, for two years he promised to provide proof that research was actually being done, til this day, no one has seen a single bit of proof, the reason???....there was no research...he simply stole peoples money to buy a gated house in Dorchestor, just 15 minutes from London, Ontario, and many vehicles for him and his side kick Kirk Brundsdon...drive by some
time to see what you can buy with stolen money.
Because of this evil person many people will probably lose their homes and have their wages garnished and god knows what else.
This time when he goes to jail, I hope its for a very long, long, long time. The sad thing is when he gets out; he will likely go back to his old ways, because it seems that's the only way he knows how to make money, by stealing from innocent hard working Canadians.
He is a sociopath who possesses no remorse for causing unspeakable financial hardship to innocent people who went to him for help.....he helped alright, he helped himself to their money and made nothing but empty promises.
He claims to have recovered 100's of Millions in overpaid taxes by re-filing previous years tax returns for clients.....the truth is every single person I have talked to who had Rudy refile their taxes, have not received a single penny, in fact they are now being assessed with penalties for trying to claim fictitious business losses. The man is simply put, a PIG, both literally and

The truth is he never delivers on any of his promises. His office filed an objection on my behalf and also filed an appeal to tax court, well..Rudolfo never showed up to court and I received a letter that I am now being charged penalties and interest, and Im not alone.

He also proudly declares his disdain for the female sex, he thinks women are the lowest form of life and have no purpose. He has no relationship with his mother, or daughter. He hates women so much that he went to jail just to avoid paying child support, how disgusting. The bizarre thing is his facebook page only has female connections...how odd.

I too, have been the subject of rudy's scam. Initial investment was for the 2010 tax year. My taxes were flagged by Revenue Canada in the fall of 2011. I asked rudy for help as per his guarantee and nothing. All emails and phone calls to /rudy were ignored by him. His agents that promoted and signed up the clients were of no help either. in fact some have since closed closed down their com[anies and relocated into other provinces.
A number of clients were called in for personal interviews with Revenue Canada in the spring of 2012, again no help from Rudy or his agents. in late summer 2013 clients began began receiving letters from Revenue Canada asking them to justify their position and inventment and why they should also not be penalized for gross neglegence. Revenue Canada is now in the process of issuing tax reassessments for the 2010 tax year and to date no client has received help from Rudy or his agents
