Complaint Review: RUFF RESCUE of COLORADO PAM MANGANO Debbie Gibson

heartless, cruel, dishonest, and deceptive individuals Pamela Mangano and her prejudiced, bigot sidekick "Debbie."  These two women are almost certainly pocketing cash by selling animals for profit while pretending to care about the dogs and puppies they sell for profit. Unless you're black or disabled they assume they can get more money from SUV-driving white folk at Petco,so they will enter into a contract with a fool, promised you a dog, your dog, and delivery date, it's all just deceptive talk from "Pam" and "Debbie." Unless, the dog is dying and thereare no other buyers to finance their work-free lifestyles.  

Even if you have made arrangements to add a new family member, the kids are excited, they helped pick the puppy/dog out, named it, and you've stocked up on food, treats, toys, doggy sweaters, puppy shampoo, only to never hear back from them, as they suddenly start ignoring your calls and emails - and sold your family's newest member to someone else for some extra cash for their personal use. They don;t believe people of color or the disabled should be allowed to have puppies and have really outdated, disgustingly stereotypical views wherein blacks and the handicapped are dog-beaters while they are the great, white suburban saviors who deserve to make bank using the "RUFF Rescue of Denver" as a shell organization for violating the law(s) of Colorado. They will attack you if you take issue with their illegal practices and thats apparently how they can justify their heartless behavior. Your crying kids at home who were promised that dog, they don't care!!!

RUFF under Pam and Debbie, is little better than a puppy mill, a money-making operation run by bad people with no concern for many of the animals except if its a money-maker, then no laws deter their unethical, illegal actions to profit and lie and deceive and suddenly forget they know you, and your crying kids -- who if they're a minority or disabled like you, shouldn't have a dog to begin with. That's the kind of business practices Pam Mangano and Debbie employ, "business" because it's no "charity" and it's time for Uncle Sam or the State of Colorado to step in and investigate, and either clear their names or more likely, and responsibly, shut this facade of a "Rescue" down for good and hold its owner and her co-conspirator Debbie accountable for all the pain and suffering they've caused over the years.  

There are forms of abuse that don't involve beating puppies with baseball bats or putting a kitten on a flaming grill with turkey burgers. Please contact the authorities at 720-913-1311 and request an investigation because this RUFF Rescue didn't earn such abysmal reviews, most wish "0" was an option because this cruelty has to stop. 

Three days ago I was going to apply to volunteer for this Rescue. Now, knowing how the organization is run, those of us that do love animals, cats, dogs, have a responsibility to call 720-913-1311 or local police, officials, and media and request that this group of Real Housewives of Denver is investigated for violating numerous laws and exonerated if this is all BS, but shut down immediately and personally held responsible for lawbreaking which surrounds this group like smoke from a fire. The authorities won't act unless you do, so do something worthwhile and just make sure everything is legit (it isn't, but they are innocent till proven guilty, and asking the people who get their salaries to regulate rogue operators like RUFF Rescue of Colorado...you shouldn't feel bad asking them to look into this group and the  findings are likely to show many more examples of wrongdoing, attacking customers/adopters, discriminating against the most vulnerable based on ridiculous stereotypes of every black man being Michael Vick and special needs individuals being incapable of caring for themselves and being untrustable with a dog, selling sick dogs, violating their own "contracts"...its time for authorities to check-in and that can only happen if you take action and save an animal today by calling that number or asking the media to investigate. The FBI if necessary might have jurisdiction so dont be afraid to call and just report that their are "alot of rumors going around and they;re serious if true, otherwise misleading, but please check the operation out."  That would be a good deed and if there's no wrongdoing, thank God. You can simply call local authorities and explain that this RUFF Rescue is breaking laws with confidence and you are merely a concerned citizen. We all should be...when it comes to people like Pam Mangano and "volunteers" operating what is essentially a greedy puppy mill and danger to animals, and a cruel, deceptive and apparently illegal operator in the Denver community.  Call 720-913-1311.
