Complaint Review: Ruffin Legal Group - Sean P. Ruffin

I was contacted by Sean Ruffin from a dating site we both frequent, started dating Sean Ruffin, Was contracted by Sean Ruffin to work on his website, worked on Ruffin Legal and consulted with Sean Ruffin through email for approval with each change.  Sean Ruffin gave me access to his wordpress login to make changes, at no time was his cpanel logins made available to me, Sean P. Ruffin contacted me another time and requested to borrow money, he claimed he had to layoff a secretary because business was going so slow since he left his employer and started his own Law Firm Ruffin Legal Group.

Sean P. Ruffin stated that he barely had money to eat or pay for gas to get to and from work, that was easy to believe because Sean P. Ruffin would come to my home with dirty clothes which turned out to be him leaving one of his lovers home and coming to my home filthy.  I purchased groceries for Sean P. Ruffin so he would not starve, I offered the groceries as a gift but the $50 I loaned him he agreed to pay it back, when I attempted to collect the debts from offering my services on his website and the money I loaned him his response was and still is I owe you nothing.  Sean Ruffin and I dating and when I ended our relationship and only after that Sean P. Ruffin accused me of harassment, stalking and hacking his business website which is of course not true because I have the emails to support my claims, I ended our dating relationship after Sean P Ruffin called me and stated that some private photos in his possession has been circulating to his email contacts and he wanted to let me know just in case his coworkers were to call me which at the time made no sense, later it came out that Sean P. Ruffin of Ruffin Legal Group has been having sexual relations with his clients and judges with whom he has served under, I contacted the disciplinary counsel in stark county and filed a complaint and Sean Ruffin and I stopped speaking, a week or two later Sean Ruffin called and apologized and claimed that he would pay back the money and make things right, he began calling me again and sending emails.  Sean P. Ruffin asked me to move in with him, I stated that I would never live with a man with whom I'm not married to.  He called me and asked me to state hypothetically my terms if we were to be married or engaged where would I want to live and under which condtions, I replied by email and even mentioned in the email hypothectically were would we live and what would be the highest amount that he was willing to go in which we would equally divide the rent, he answered an amount through email, after that I popped over to my home unannounced and he was angry that I had not dropped my complaint against him and he stated a few verbal insults and walked out and I never spoke to him again.  He used the email that I responded to answering a hypthetical question as evidence to make like we were still in a relationship and caused it to appear as if I was a angry lover reconnecting.  Sean P Ruffins own coworker emailed me stating that this is not the first time something like this has happened and that Sean P Ruffin sleeps with his clients and he preys on women especially older women.  Sean P Ruffin sleeps around and he confirmed this as well. 

The disciplinary council stated that there was no professional misconduct, I disagree, all communications were conducted through his business address, emails were forwarded to me and his coworkers communications that were sexual in nature between Sean P Ruffin and his lovers sent from his business email address.  Sean P Ruffin never paid back money that was borrowed in connection with his business, money owed for services performed on his site was never paid.  Sean P. Ruffins has friends at the disciplinary council and he was able to get away with breaking the law.  I am informing others of the type of person that Sean Ruffin of Riffun Legal Group is.

Anita Carter is current web designer helped him to scheme money from me by asking me to correct her work, she in turn contacted me and invited me to Glenville Alumni on Ning, I attended Glenville once so at that time I thought nothing of it.  She and Sean Ruffin had a sexual associtation and everytime he would send me an email saying he missed me or wanted to come over I would get emails from his account with emails between him and a lover regarding things related to sex, Both Sean Ruffin and Anita Carter deny being involed but the evidendce is too overwhelming and I will be more than happy to share all emails sent and received that are currently remaining
