It started at March 7, 2011. I ordered from Rui Jie Trade 5 motorola xooms. I was talking to one of their sales manager name Ms. Nancy, mictradenancy@hotmail.com she gave me a quotation for each Motorola xoom would cost 300USD.  So I
agreed and paid 30% as down pay. It was not before long that she said her boss wanted to return my money because unless I pay full, I cannot have my orders. I had confidence that it was a real company because she insists to give back my 30% down payment. So I told her ok, since I trust her due to her actions, I told her that I would pay full for the 5
motorola xooms. She agreed and she said she have my stock sent the following day. I paid 1500USD for my first order.
 
A week later, I could not catch ms. Nancy online for about 2 weeks, as well as my orders in DHL. So I talked with another customer service. Ms Bella, mictradebella@hotmail.com, she wont really help me regarding my orders because she said because of me, their friend Ms. Nancy got fired because the original price of the Motorola is 500USD per piece, Nancys quotation was very low so her boss fired her for her poor performance. I was shock and felt sorry for Nancy because she was only trying to help. So I asked what are the demands of the boss, Bella said I have to pay the original price of
500usd a piece for Nancy to have her job back as well. Otherwise, they would just refund my money tomorrow.  So ok, i think it was the right thing to do.

So I paid another 1000USD to them and true enough, the following week, Nancy got her job back. Now it has been 3 weeks since my original order, still nothing, they said my goods has been sent but is now held at chinas export customs.  The fee was 500USD, I said I can not pay the custom fee, so can I have a refund instead. According to Ms.Chen, Sales manager, yes I can have my refund by next week. That week pass and as I wait for my refund, a customer service name Sarah told me, that I cannot have my refund unless I pay 200USD more because they want their stock first to return safely at their company. The 200USD was the custom fee for returned having no choice, I argued with them but no prevail, they claim that they cannot return my money unless I pay the fee. Left no choice, I paid the 200USD fee, so over all was 2700USD.

When they got my payment of 200USD today, March 29, 2011 at 12pm, they said to wait until 6pm because they are going to the custom to clear their stocks and have my refund ready. And as the day pass, I have not receive any refund information, I called there company, but they wont entertain me, Also in instant messages and emails. they claim to have send my stocks, but until today, no feedback from them.
