Ruk Industries Took money. Won't return emails. Purchased items not delivered ILayton, Utah
14 October 2009 I pPurchased goods over the internet via EBay from Ruk Industries, two months later still not delivered. Sent numerous emails asking where the goods where and when I would receive same. No reply's. Ruk Industries are happy to take your money ($ 579.98) but when it comes to service, nothing.

Received an email today from the owner of Ruk Industries apologising for the lack of attention and claimed that the items have been resent. I'll update when I receive the goods
