We hired Rumson Bolling to go after a client of ours that owed us $28000.00.  The client is located in the UK and they persisted in telling me that it wouldn't be a problem and that they would find his US locations.  I kept getting calls over and over again asking me for more money for the 'case' that it needed a different lawyer.  They informed me that a lawyer had to drop it due to a 'conflict of interest' and though i requested details and they promised to deliver,... none were sent to me.  I finally got through to a supervisor named 'Valerie' to which she promised no more calls from Rumson asking for more money until yesterday = 02/16/10.  An uneducated aggressive collector called me asking me for more money and then proceeded to call me a "scumbag" for stumping him - when i asked him how the sheriff can place a til(t)-tap on an account not in the States...

now if i'm being collected against.. i can understand why - but I AM THEIR CLIENT!~ fyi stay away.

Rumson was kind enough to Settle-

In response to the unsavory and unethical behaviour of a misguided, uneducated RBA employee, who identified himself as Jack Stevenson (alias of course); Rumson Bolling and Associates was kind enough to reimburse our monies and terminate our agreement per our request.

A genuine gentleman (finally!) by the name of David Hench phoned me to apologize and promised recourse against the misguided and uneducated Jack Stevenson of RBA, to which the apology itself, sufficed.  Truly wasn't expecting this, but to my pleasure and satisfaction,... they fulfilled their end of the bargain.

What can i say?... i guess all companies have a few bad apples among them and I'm glad to know that there is a proper level of accountability within the organization.

Kudos to Valerie, Leila, and David - and Patricia Wells of the Forwarding Company for working together to resolve my issue.

I'd like to arrange a class action lawsuit against these folks for deceptive practices.  I want to suggest that EVERYONE that is a victim contact:  THE FBI and SECRET SERVICE - since they keep finding loopholes jumping from state to state.
