Complaint Review: Rumson Bolling & Associates

I hired this collection agency to help me collect money from my ex-tenants. They said the ex-tenants gave them run around. We need to proceed with the litigation. The fee is $2000. I ignored. Then the fee dropped to $750. I ignored. Then I got a check for $164 and was told that they had collected $200 minus 18% commission. I was happy to see my check. Then they said they have another $245 check for me and pressuring me to go with the litigation for another account. While I was verifying the contract I found out they had collected a total of $850 and only received $164 from them. I questioned and they gave me run around and said I will not be getting $245. Consumer, beware! Pls. do your homework before signing that dotted line at the bottom. Don't get fool like me.
