I first met Sal and German Hernandez (brothers) Run With It Transportation, when I hired them through UShip to ship a sofa cross country. That shipment went through without a hitch. I contacted them through text message a few times after that asking for quotes on other shipments I had. In September 2017 I hired them again to ship six pieces of furniture from five states to me.
This time they asked for a deposit so that they could secure other loads in those states. I sent them a total of $900 in deposits including one payment to German’s son Antonio Hernandez of $300 through the Square Cash app. I trusted them because of the past load they had done for me. When the week came in October for them to start picking up my loads I started getting phone calls from my people at those locations saying that my shipper broke their appointments and never showed up.Since then they will not answer text, emails or phone calls.
I did get one phone call from Sal saying that he would call me back on October 16 and that he would refund my money. He never did call back and again is not answering my texts or phone calls. I have since hired other shippers to pick up my loads that I am out $900 that this family stole from me. It’s a family affair, a family of thieves. Father son uncle brother. If you are hiring a trucking company in the Waucoma or Wheeling Illinois area make sure it’s not these people.
