Complaint Review: Rundolf J. Welvaart

Rundolf J. Welvaart is a Fraud Businessman, doing fraud business through Internet. His company has no legitimacy and existence. He hired offshore vendors for big projects and after months of discussion assures them to engage their team and start the work. However, at the time of furnishing legal documents of his company, or his own identity, he avoids making several excuses. He and his company is involved in illegitimate business. He might have fund issues or even if he has the fund for the project, it is not a genuine one. So, do not do any Financial transaction with this guy as you might be his next victim.
